For what it's worth I flew in F on the A321S late last year DFW-LAX and it was the nicest domestic first class seat/experience I've had (compared to 738, MD80, 757, etc). New aircraft, large IFE sreen with lots of selections, comfortable seat, etc. It's not lie-flat, and the food isn't anything special, but overall very pleasant.
