Even though I'm seeing availability using Alaska Airline's own award booking page, the SkyPass team member told me that there are no seats on the dates that I want. There are at least 10 different flights available from NYC to Fairbanks with availability (on AS' website).
This is the first time I'm going to book an award so I apologize for the newbie question. But are there way more limited seats if I were to use Korean Skymiles to book on AS, versus using Alaska's own miles?
