This rep was not able to see her card either, but was able to see the last statement which was on feb 2013. So that would imply that we must have got the cards on feb 2012 so safely outside of the 24 month bonus window.
Just as a follow up incase others have the same issue. I was able to call Marriott and even though online activity only goes back 1 year, the reps on the phone can look back further and see exactly what day you got the bonus.
Also to Miss Happy. if you read my statement again I indicated I must have received the cards in 2/2012 so almost 36 months ago, implying that it did not matter when I actually received my bonus. Why do you seem to assume everyone is an idiot but you.
