Booking direct or via travel agent?
Hi,

I am about to book a return ticket to LPA. Are there any particular advantages in booking directly on iberia.com rather than via a travel agent (Amex)?

With BA, one of the main ones is that you could be offered a Proactive Upgrade, but I don't think Iberia offers them.

I'm just checking whether there's anything I don't know.
