I've been trying for over 2 days to get through to someone in order to upgrade to premium economy on my flight to Athens. I waited 2 hours on Saturday before finally hanging up. Yesterday I tried calling 10+ times at various times of the day and every single time it was busy. Yes, I got a busy signal.

I know they are busy with high call volume, but this is ridiculous. Bring in more agents or transfer calls to other offices that aren't as busy. Thank god I'm not dealing with a flight cancellation, I would be screwed.
