Yes, more often than not PIU asks for a luggage sign-off, but I did not know AV was doing it there too. I do use PIU a lot so I do get the “please sign” a lot there. Sometimes I get into it with them, but sometimes for fun I sign “No Gracias” and they never look. Have had it happen a few times at LIM. And elsewhere, trying to remember where. Definitely had it happen at an outpost in Colombia once or twice.
