There's a section on the final manifest "noteworthy passenger list" that lists all elites. ExPlt is listed as Emerald and I think that throws some f/as off too. It is printed on the menu in the seatback pocket. Entitled to one free drink and one ala carte snack item. Biggest problem I have is the ones asking for free drinks and snacks for everyone in their party and then getting upset when we refuse. I always try to offer a refill if the flight is long enough but I think the expectation that all their friends and family should receive the benefit as well is a little far fetched.
