+1 = Q70 is optimal transportation to LGA with connections to E,F lines.

I might suggest you stay at whatever hotel gives you the best value as it sounds like you need to party and sleep. If that is the criteria possibly choose the cleanest and cheapest. All are near either the E or F lines.

I typically discourage stays downtown (Wall St) unless it is cheaper weekend rate as just too far from most nightlife.
