When I called to fix my middle name on the ticket, they were nice, but initially tried putting the blame on my Skymiles profile, saying that the reservation had gotten my name direct from my profile. I told them that I had given DL reservations my full middle name when I booked so my ticket would match my passport because all my Skymiles account had was my middle initial. They told me that wasn't possible since DL res agents can't update Skymiles profiles. In the end, they fixed it, but wouldn't admit it was their mistake.
