Only cards that either directly give you an airline mile bonus, or cards that earn points that can be transferred 1:1 to airline programs like AMEX MR, Chase UR. Not interested in cash back cards or cards that earn points that can be used to buy tickets, but not transferred into loyalty programs to book awards. Thanks! Only cards available to the general public, no targeted signups.
1. The Barclays US Airways card, 50k miles upon first purchase, $89 annual fee.
2. Citi AA Platinum Mastercard, 50k miles for 2k spend in first 3 months, $95 annual fee, first year waived. (Offer for new customers only).
These two are the "have to have" cards for the bonuses, nothing else comes even close. Both bonuses active as of now, will likely disappear very soon (any day now). 100k AA miles practically for free, and for the only airline whose miles worth something anymore.
