Hello, does anyone have any experience in booking an Ocean Front room directly with points? I booked a regular room and my Ambassador requested an upgrade, but I would rather use points to guarantee the room.
The Ambassador gave the option of paying for an upgrade for $120 per night, which I would rather not do with the $45 resort fee that is already being charged.
Any thoughts?
