Does the Sixt Gold card actually provide a discount for cars booked online? The website states "up to a 10% discount". As well, does having the card increase the possibility of upgrades? I'm looking to book an LDAR in Nice and I'm wondering if I can get upgraded with a PDAR reservation.

I have a lifetime companion United MileagePlus Premier Gold card, so I can status match for Sixt Gold.
