Unfortunately this is Taiwan. The Government is known to deflect any faults until things got "leaked out" and more and more people digging for proofs keep leaking them out, with evidences, that they can't lie anymore, then they will post some truth. Being someone that is close to Taiwan with many relatives working in Taiwanese Government, that's unfortunately who they are.
Think we need more facts first and more reports to come out before conclusions can be drawn..
