I wish we had seen SwissTony's post before my mum and dad got their insurance with Avanti. Their recent trip to the USA has been nothing short of a nightmare and it is still ongoing.

SwissTony - I am sorry that it seems you had a problem with them too. I know this is an old thread, but we are in terrible position right now with them.

Did you report them to any watchdog or association? was any action taken?

It has been truly shocking the last few months dealing with them and their USA counterparts (Global Excel / Intana) and their underwriters (AEGES).
