Why not visit both lounges if they're free for you? First Wingtips to celebrate getting through TSA security and fortify yourself with food and drink for the walk. Then stop at hopefully the halfway point to rest a bit at the SC for more food and beverages for the long journey to your gate.
I do this as well with my wife. We both have an Amex Plat with PP so it costs us $0 to do both.
The past two times I was in Wingtips, they had baked salmon once and fettuccine alfredo with shrimp another time I went. They also have salads, wraps, and a bunch of other food to eat which is far better than DL SCs.
Drinks wise, it is self serve at Wingtips.
