We often hear all the negatives....my daughter, son in law, and their 15 month old were running late. Roads were bad, traffic was bad etc.... (They were checked in but needed to check a bag) Check in counter at Green Bay was superb. Had my daughter sign a waiver saying she would pick up her bag at the airport if it didn't make it. And they needed to run! Got to the gate and agent at desk asked them if they were the ". " and just made it on board. Thank you delta for this. My family had some negative news impacting their lives and this was a gift to them to have a short getaway.
