Here are some things to consider.

Wingtips Lounge is immediately to the left of the TSA, down the hall. Sky Club is at Terminal 4 – Concourse B near Gate 31C. Distance to your gate may be a factor on which one you want to visit.

Wingtips Lounge is 24 hours whereas Sky Club opens at 5am.

Wingtips has a self-service bar and self-serve refrigerator for beer. Sky Club has bartenders that can make drinks for you.

Both Wingtips and Sky Club has bagels, cold cuts, and etc. I like WingTips a little more as they serve hot breakfast (eggs, potatoes and French toast) after a certain time and also have hot lunch/dinner items.

I believe the companions for Wingtips with Priority Pass is $27.00 and not $50.00.
