It is a problem we need to address, and I can only tell you this thread has made its rounds internally - there is a significant effort underway to increase the attention to this kind of detail. As much as I hate to see it, you're right in that posting pictures/details with FIN or flight/date really does help as we can target those aircraft specifically needing attention.
