These additional benefits are great and I applaud Jeff and HGP for leading the pack.
Jeff tweeted this out last week : "You build customer loyalty and connection...by engaging with respect and transparency"
So, in the effort to be transparent, I wish HGP and the milestone program would either be consistent in their delivery of targeted gifts or at least divulge the qualification criteria, aka "secret sauce".
My guess is this will never happen. Transparent.
