I'd put that number at 100% - the early ML leased birds are GENERALLY not as spacious as the MX/MS and late ML birds having one extra row, but they do have a few sweet spots (row 5 on these old birds will beat anything on the new birds). Either way, better than the 180Y config on air Asia.
