Yeah i've noticed when I really want to get something done I go straight to CR's email. I always get a reply. Ben S is actually pretty good with emails, AND he does reply himself. Ben L is also awesome with emails, and replies pretty quickly! Those online forms, honestly, they should either get rid of them or improve the service. We're fortunate (my opinion) to have access to AC staff directly, since they introduced themselves on FT. They've been all very helpful for me.
