Yes that should be OK, however the express bit - Fast Track Flight Connections (right against the right hand wall of the hall as you enter it) - is at the start when they scan your boarding pass. When you go upstairs to North Security you best abandon Fast Track and go for the the very last lane you can get to, the queues are typically shorter the further you walk.

If you arrive in T5B or T5C and you connect from there as well (or rather not T5A) then there is a mini security screen service at those gates which is vastly quicker. You should be through in well under 5 minutes if you are fortunate in that respect. It is clearly signposted, but check your departure gates for this.
