More just a FYI in case there were others like me who didn't know... I'm Canadian and CAD has tanked versus USD in the past year. Staying at the same hotels, I noticed that the points being posted to account are lower than before. I asked, and the reply was all amounts are converted to USD before converting into points to post to account. So, staying in Canadian hotels now get less points than last year due to currency exchange rates.

Anyway, I didn't know. Just thought I'd share that knowledge for some that didn't know.
