It's a shared J/F lounge - superior to most J standalone airline branded lounges, but not the same as a hub F lounge. Food at LGW lounge I find to be superior to the onboard offering in J and sometimes in F. YMMV. You shouldn't have the problem that A380 J service has which is 76 seats all served form a rear galley, using individually plated and served trays, all during one meal time - in F, it's dine on demand, so you can eat whenever you like and the galley is close.
