Leave you luggage at left luggage in Victoria (think there is still one) and head straight to Gatters after the match. Still plenty of time to relax in the hotel.
I'm not even that much of a football fan.
BTW as it's a cup final on a Sunday I'm assuming it's an afternoon fixture. I'd think differently if it's an evening match.
I know it sounds a bit bonkers, but I do have a valid reason for not being there. I have a very bad back (think lots of metal and screws), so I never risk going to a match a few days before a LH flight and, if it's a morning flight, always spend the night before in an airport hotel.
It's a 16:00 KO, with the possibility of ET and penalties. Just very bad planning on my part this year, otherwise I'd be there. The beneficiaries are both of my sons instead of just one of them.
