If this run is in Q, then it is definitely not upgradeable on the AC portions. No way. And as I rarely fly on UA, I do not know but would suspect not. Still it is a great run but my bum says there is no way I can do this. Also what did you mean no status miles, If these are all on *A, they would be eligible for AC or other *A miles.
