100,000miler

The fare is available from www.airnet.co.uk f
558 GBP + tax. Here is a legal routing:June Departures

LHR-LAX-BOS (stopover)
BOS-DEN-SFO-SYD (point of turnaround)
SYD-LAX-LHR (terminate)

TOTAL MILES = 31,153 (about .044 cents Canadian per mile straight up with no status bonuses etc) OR in other words $1350 Canadian from London to Australia via North America.

If you want to go Mexico City and get an extra stopover (2 free stopovers then it is an extra 90GBP) Routing as follows:

LHR-SFO-MEX (stopover)
MEX-ORD-LAX-SYD (turnaround)
SYD-SF0-MEX (stopover)
MEX-IAD-LHR (terminate)
TOTAL MILES= 33,006

I hope this helps. The secret is to add stopovers and force backtracking. You can also get a few extra miles for the same price if you want to go to Melbourne instaed of Sydney. Airnet.co.uk are fine. The tickets do accrue mileage with no problem. I did the Mexican/Australian trip last year and was upgraded on segements by United based solely on luck, AC Elite status and one long itinerary.
