I received a cancellation latter, but on the website my booking is confirmed. (Room is refundable and can be cancel before 22 FEB)
One of my friend account didn't receive the cancellation latter but I saw the status is "booked" instead of confirmed... (This room is non-refundable)
Can anyone tell me what's the difference between booked and confirmed?
