We would like to use points for my Honeymoon at one of the Hyatt Ziva / Zilara all inclusive properties. We are paying for our wedding so being able to have the hotel and all meals and drinks taken care of is a huge deal. We had thought about Andaz Maui and GH Kauai or HR Aruba or Andaz Papagayo but figured about $150-$225 a day in food, drink and other expenses. We don't want our first act as a married couple to have to pay off a vacation

I would love to get some of your thoughts on which Hyatt property would be best. Getting there is not a problem as we can easily fly out of PHL or EWR. Do you think all of the renovations and growing pains associated with becoming Hyatt properties at Cabo, Rose Hall, Puerta Vallarta and Cancun will be ironed out? What additional benefits do Diamonds get at a Ziva / Zilara? If we use all points and its our honeymoon any chance of ocean view or upgrade? Does it help to talk to the hotel directly?
Does it make sense to use P+C and a DSU?
