REALLY! I mean REALLY?
As soon as you click on a fare category (tango, flex, etc) you can pull up a seat map showing available seats, it's to the left of where you clicked on the fare category right under aircraft type.
And yes, AC phone wait times for non-elites are really that horrendous.
