Yes, he is banned from UA.
He said he wasn't at his computer so couldn't book the fares, but at the same time a BA post about his theft incident was posted on the BA website, so I highly doubt that.
Being banned aside, I find it hard to believe that he wouldn't have bought several of these fares if he could knowing his travel habits.
Just look on his website and find the last time he reviewed United's products. He's even reviewed Delta's.
I don't like how he is trying to sway public opinion without telling the truth, as he seemingly has a lot of influence.
