其餘尚未參加口試考核19人,復興航空不會派遣飛航。後續民航局將依復興航空計畫期程再安排考核,其中包括 尚有8人仍在訓練中未派遣任務、尚在國外執行年度複訓7人及未到考者4人。
(Translation: "There are 19 who haven't taken the oral proficiency test and TransAsia won't give them new assignment. CAA will reschedule their evaluation once TransAsia submits their proposal. Among those 19, 8 are currently in training and not on any assignment, 7 on overseas annual review/retraining & 4 no-shows.)

Reuters, if the pilots fail the retake, they are out:
"Those who failed will be suspended for one month. They will be given another month for preparation. If they fail again, they will be fired," the pilot told Reuters.
