I booked the trip while logged into delta.com. It has SM, GE and Sky Bonus numbers. I'll give them a call.

My biggest complaint about Delta after years at CO/UA is the poor app and online features and the need to call the DM line at least multiple times a week vs call UA once every couple months since the app and online were more powerful.
