Yes, this offer has been going around for a couple of months now; got it for my no fee Visa.

Datapoint: Only need a very small amount for each transaction for bonus to kick in. Split my checkout invoices with $20 on no fee card and balance on Reserve card.

I hope I get this offer for my Reserve card too! ^
