Or are you just talking about the RGN tickets from some years back?
Maybe I missed it but my flight is on Tuesday and I intend on showing up at LHR (have an award booked back to the states as a backup) but what documentation is recommended to show I was "denied" on Tuesday should no resolution happen?

I spoke to the people airside at T2 today and they gave me a photocopy pamphlet they said they give to people on cancelled flights. Anything else people recommend getting from UA to show I've made an attempt on Tuesday for EU261?
