Not to be perjorative, but there's so much wrong with that question.

First of all, prosecuting someone for asserting their legal rights is a violation of just about every legal principle in common law. Secondly, what is the crime? Paying in DKK?

If UA want a REAL PR disaster on their hands they'll start closing MP accounts.
