On one hand, the promotion clearly states that "OFFERS VALID THROUGH 12/31/15". On the other hand, I can I see why they may have ended the promotion early. A World Elite MC from a US bank is nothing prestigious and deserving to give any elite status. They are going to end up with way too many Executive Elite members with this type of promotion.
