In addition to EWR (UA), IAD (UA), MUC (LH), & ORD (UA) don't forget about AC's service to YYZ from which there is also quite a bit of TATL service.

Also note that since the failure of Cyprus Airways, Aegean (A3) - a Star Alliance carrier - has started quite a bit of service ex-LCA.
