I'm not sure.... I had a 2-bedroom a few years ago. It was a sitting room with two bedrooms and bathrooms on each side, with a small kitchen near the entrance. One of the bedrooms was substantially bigger with space for a small office (and a divider). But the smaller bedroom was still a nice size. Bathrooms were sized accordingly but both did the trick.
