More than enough.

Last time I went to India (Oct, 2014), I arrived on the same flight.
Immigration had 23 or so staffed counters and it took less than 20 minutes from deplaning to baggage.

I generally travel to India about 2 times a year for work, mostly BLR, it has never taken me more than a few minutes at immigration.
