same here.
I will go for row 4 or 5. Those give you both legroom and a decent recline. Row 3 is okay, but it's not the place to be if you want to stretch your legs. I only go for the bulkhead if there are no other window seats left.
Never tried row 6, but it always looks like those have some restricted recline due to the cabin divider behind.
this has been my experience as well. front row = can't stretch out. back row - limited recline
