Is the separate E+? lounge entry available for transit pax or only people coming from Istanbul?

2 minor complaints about the suite I got a few days ago:

1) I was with my sister as a guest and she was not allowed to enter my room except to put her bags there, even with the door staying open and the guest being a relative (of course being a relative, even the door being closed should, I hope, be allowed ) was not allowed

2) The internet access from the bottom floor suite seemed to not be working well
