I am a foreigner working in Singapore as a Software Engineer in a startup. I was recently offered a job at a high profile research center in Singapore. I resigned from my current job with effective from Friday, but my EP pass from new employer was rejected. Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has told that they cannot disclose the reason and appeal is not going to work either.

How can I make an arrangement with a MOM staff to find out what exactly was the reason EP was denied and see if I can justify it?
