Hyatt has treated its elite members very well. Unlike other loyalty programs, it's nice to see Hyatt making positive changes, regardless of how small. Even the category changes had more hotel decrease than increase in category level.

The only poorly received change was not continuing MER after 2014, but there were no promises there.
