We actually just made some infrastructural changes today that have significantly improved the price-tracking system.
It's still easier (on both us and you) to use the quote system, but we should now be much better at catching and alerting you of lower rates if you submit a reservation for price tracking.
We would love to advertise the quote system more prominently, but that's not something doable at this time.
