The GA's and CSA's are there to work their assigned flights - not be an expert in all things AS. If they started quoting flight schedules without looking in the computer, then we would have a thread titled "GA/CSA gave me erroneous flight info!".
Seriously, though, the airlines play with their times and number of flights so much that GA's and CSA's really have a hard time keeping up. Frequencies seem to vary week to week at times. Just look it up in the .pdf schedule online!
its true about schedules I give you that but I shouldve also been more specific what I mean that they should know destinations. I dont really mean system wide but if you are working in say ANC PDX OAK SAN or LAX you should at least know what all the AS nonstops are from your home base. I omitted SEA just because of the high number of places served and the ever changing routes there. When a CSA at PDX doesnt know AS flies to ORD nonstop thats not good
