Having read through some 60 pages of the thread, no one else has (maybe one person) received a second email, and nor have I. However, on UA's website, above the flight details, you should have a text saying something like:
"This reservation was ticketed and confirmed on Wed., Feb. 11, 2015 at X:XX a.m. Central Time."
And if you have that, scroll down to right below Price, click "add email and request receipt", enter email, they will send a receipt with ticket # and fee breakdown etc.
