Although it doesn't list Rimowa anywhere, it seems they must handle Rimowa repairs and would be in a position to at least order you a replacement if the bag is not repairable.
In my experience, a lot of these major repair shops just patch and don't actually repair or replace. Chances are you'll get the bag bag with some colored epoxy to fill in the dent
