Netbags.com is the internet site of Rynn's Luggage, one of the nation's premier retail and luggage service operations. Rynn's Luggage was founded in 1983 and is the largest airline luggage repair and replacement service in the country. Rynn's major retail and repair facitility is in Dallas, Texas.
Although it doesn't list Rimowa anywhere, it seems they must handle Rimowa repairs and would be in a position to at least order you a replacement if the bag is not repairable.
