topcashback.co.uk is running the 500 CC friend referral promo again and I've sent the referral email to a friend who then used my link to sign up a couple of days ago. The referral did not track (only the click was recorded in my topcashback account, but no sign-up and he doesn't have the £5 cashback pending in his account).

Can he delete his account and try signing up via my referral link again? Is there anything we need to consider in order to make the referral work?
